Impact Floors is searching for an experienced Customer Services professional who will assist our customers and our Sales Representatives in resolving questions related to the flooring and countertop installation services procured through Impact Property Solutions. Impact is the general contractor subcontracting to third party flooring installation sub-contractors. The Service Coordinator is required to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Impact Floors. Service Coordinator is expected to acquire a thorough understanding of Impact Floors products and services, policies and procedures. In this role you will coordinate and collaborate with our Installation manager, Sales Representative, Customer Support Services, Branch Manager and Inventory Manager to ensure Impact Floors provides a smooth and satisfactory experience for our customers.

• The Service Coordinator operates as an internal and external customer support expert that helps build, manage, and facilitate an excellent customer experience
•Manages all elements of installation events and tasks that include detailed projects and coordination with multiple internal and external parties.
•Manages case load effectively to meet or exceed departmental service goals and partner specific service levels for quality and timeliness.
•Field incoming technical service questions from installers and utilize troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques to promptly resolve problems with the installation process.
•Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing of customer cases, work orders, and services.
•The service Coordinator is expected to be the main point of contact between the installer and customers for all job-related needs.
•Assists the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Manager to support branch operations and efficient movement of jobs

Physical demands
•This position is moderately sedentary with the majority of the work done on a computer in an office environment.
•Enclosed office (climate controlled) for this position is located within the warehouse
•Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Required education and experience

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Two years' experience as Customer Service Representative
• Valid Driver's license required
• Must be bilingual ( English/Spanish)

Preferred education and experience

• Flooring or Multifamily Industry knowledge is a plus
• RFMS Systems Experience is a plus

Work authorization/security clearance requirements
Must be authorized to work anywhere in the United States.
