Contract & Compensation Details

• Contract Length: 6 weeks

• Start Date: ASAP

• Hours: 36/ wk (3x12, Sat-Mon)

• Shift: 6:30a-7p

• Regular Rate: $14.22/ hr ($512/ wk)

• OT Rate: $52.50/ hr

• Non-Taxed Travel Stipend: $1,000/ wk

• Gross Weekly: $1,512

Qualifications and Education for the Contract LPN:

• 1 year(s) of LTC LPN experience required

• BLS required

• Unencumbered MI LPN license required
