• Contract Length: 14 weeks

• Start Date: 7/1

• Hours: 36/ wk

• Shift: 7p-7:30a

• Regular Rate: $13.72/ hr ($494/ wk)

• OT Rate: $50/ hr

• Non-Taxed Travel Stipend: $1,162/ wk

• Gross Weekly: $1,656

Qualifications and Education for the Contract LPN:

• 1 year(s) of LTC/Rehab LPN experience required

• BLS required

• Unencumbered VT or Compact LPN license required
