POSITION AVAILABLE IN EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN

We are seeking tutors in math and ELA for elementary level students. Our ideal candidate will be an active professional (or para professional) with a (or pursuing) a degree in early childhood or elementary education and be excited about joining our community of educators to grow alongside us.

Afterschool Tutors are responsible for leading small group lessons that cater to the needs and goals of our students. They must be highly proficient in elementary school Math and ELA and be responsible for: leading homework help sessions, reteaching topics and assignments. Assisting students with projects, test preparation, papers, research and other academic tasks. Additionally, Afterschool tutors will take an active role in providing reports and data on student progress to upper management.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00 to 6:00, September to June
