Impact Management Group, LLC is seeking a high-energy, multi-tasking pro to manage 2 communities in Middleton. We are looking for a detail-oriented Community Manager, with a strong background in resident relations, leasing, and assertive oversight of the day-to-day operations of these 2 apartment communities.

We offer 25 days of PTO and 6 paid holidays!
Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and contractors
• Negotiate leases/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market available homes
• Sign new leases and renew existing leases
• Collect rent from tenants and handle evictions as needed
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Oversee properties’ personnel performance and supervision

Skills:

• Friendly and outgoing and likes work-life balance
• Knowledge of Workforce /Affordable Housing.
• REALPAGE a plus
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Multi-task PRO

Experience:

Property Management: 3-5 years (required)
