Lead Teacher Academic SY: 2024-2025 Report to: School Principal Location: Tukwila, WA, South Seattle, WA, Tacoma, WA, Renton, WA CompensationThis is a full-time, salaried position working 40 hours/ a week with an annual salary range of $62,832-$89,732. Instructional Practices
Consistently execute core best practices aligned to the Impact instructional model.
Planning and Preparation
Implement comprehensive lessons plan provided by IPS’ Academics team and anticipate student responses and potential challenges, and plan targeted questions and exemplar work samples to facilitate comprehensive and effective instruction.

Required Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field or actively working towards completing a bachelor's degree ( within 2-years of employment required)
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in education or related field
Experience working to close the opportunity gap
Passion for equity and gap closing teaching experience with proven record of student growth
License/Certification
Must have or be eligible for certification by OSPI with an endorsement in Elementary Education (within 1-month of employment required)
Must have or be eligible to obtain a CPR certification
Must have or be eligible to obtain a food handler certification
