The facility primarily serves:
- Adults and Seniors: The majority of patients are adults and elderly individuals who need recovery and rehabilitation after hospital stays, surgeries, or acute medical events such as strokes, fractures, or cardiac conditions.
- Patients with Chronic or Complex Conditions: This includes those with chronic illnesses or complex medical conditions requiring ongoing medical supervision, such as respiratory or cardiac issues, diabetes management, or neurological disorders.
- Short-Term Rehabilitation Patients: Patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or other acute medical conditions who need short-term, intensive rehabilitation (physical, occupational, or speech therapy) to regain function and independence.
- Long-Term Care Residents: Some patients may require long-term care due to debilitating illnesses, severe injuries, or age-related conditions that prevent them from living independently.
This is a full-time role requiring at least three days of 12-hour shifts each week.
