The facility primarily serves:

1. Adults and Seniors: The majority of patients are adults and elderly individuals who need recovery and rehabilitation after hospital stays, surgeries, or acute medical events such as strokes, fractures, or cardiac conditions.
2. Patients with Chronic or Complex Conditions: This includes those with chronic illnesses or complex medical conditions requiring ongoing medical supervision, such as respiratory or cardiac issues, diabetes management, or neurological disorders.
3. Short-Term Rehabilitation Patients: Patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or other acute medical conditions who need short-term, intensive rehabilitation (physical, occupational, or speech therapy) to regain function and independence.
4. Long-Term Care Residents: Some patients may require long-term care due to debilitating illnesses, severe injuries, or age-related conditions that prevent them from living independently.

This is a full-time role requiring at least three days of 12-hour shifts each week.

Requirements:

• CNA Certification -MUST have
• High School graduate or GED--MUST have
• Use of personal vehicle with proof of insurance and valid driver’s license
