Position: Final Inspector 
Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Our client is looking for a responsible Final Inspector this is a Temp to Hire/direct placement position with our key manufacturing client. To be considered for this role, you will need 3 years of experience as Inspector ; Aerospace experience preferred.

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for performing a variety of routine inspections. procedures to ensure quality at various stages of production, receiving, in-process, and final inspection. Working from drawings, work aids, engineering change notices, or other customer documentation to determine acceptance, rejection, or rework requirements of product.
Responsibilities
Dimensionally and visually inspect all incoming product according to drawings and customer requirements.
Perform in-process crimp and solder checks to applicable IPC standards.
Inspect PCBA’s, cables, harnesses, and chassis at various points in the manufacturing process to ensure that all quality requirements are adhered to.

Verify documentation for correct revision levels prior to use.

Enter inspected material status and time information into company ERP system.
Examine product for physical defects and quality of workmanship for conformity to IPC standards.

Deliver accepted product to stockroom.

Complete various forms and documentation as related to reporting inspection results.

Use of computers to access and print applicable drawings, work aids, job travelers and other required documentation.
Performs AS9102 first article inspection reports as required.
Other duties may be required.Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 Years dimensional inspection experience (calipers, micrometers etc.)
Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC J-STD-001 preferred.
Prior experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environment preferred.
