Full-Time Onsite Position

Our Award Winning Client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as the General Manager (GM). As a leader in the Sports and Entertainment industry, our client has received numerous accolades and operates nationally.

Account Details:

• The GM oversees all Food & Beverage (F&B) and retail operations for the venue. Our Award Winning Client holds the concessions, catering, and retail contracts. The only area outside of our management is the Suites operations.
• Assistant General Manager (AGM) roles include AGM DR – GM Retail, AGM. The Chef position is at the district level, and David/controller (Damien reports to both).
• Approximately 1250 hourly employees during peak times
• Hybrid, PL and Fee structure
• Salaries: Retail operates on PL, F&B operates on commission/profit split
• Client: A highly data-focused client; emphasize numerical analysis in all discussions and decision-making processes.
• Events include NFL games, 10 concerts, International Soccer matches, Monster Truck events, and small-scale catering events for social or corporate gatherings.
• Contract extends through 2028, covering 5 seasons.

• Responsibilities include managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, data analytics, and food/labor expenses—everything is financially tied.
• High level of client interaction, requiring a keen understanding of numerical data.
• Strong support team in place; AGM and operations team are highly competent.

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience as a Sports and Entertainment GM/AGM in an A account setting (Professional sports, managing services with revenues exceeding 20MM ).
• Premium AND Concessions experience is mandatory, with Retail experience considered advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present well and manage client relationships.
