In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of new home construction and remodeling projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards for our valued clients. You will manage and inspire a team of talented professionals, collaborate with key stakeholders, and play a crucial role in driving the success of both our new construction and remodeling endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of new home construction and remodeling projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and final completion.
• Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulations throughout the construction process.
• Maintain transparent and open communication with clients, team members, and project partners, addressing concerns promptly and building strong relationships.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in managing both new home construction and remodeling projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

• Excellent organizational and planning skills, adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on detail.
