Pittsburgh based innovative company who develops technically refined writing instruments is looking for an INSIDE TECHNICAL SALESPERSON.The qualified applicant will have experience in the Automation Industry and will be responsible for application testing and evaluation, product selection assistance, conceptualize solutions and preparation of proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES for the INSIDE TECHNICAL SALESPERSON:

·3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

·Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical and pneumatic schematics

·The INSIDE TECHNICAL SALESPERSON experience with conventional tool room equipment including manual lathe, mill, surface grinders and CNC machines.

·Understanding of PLC-based controls.

·Experience with CAD (computer-aided design software)

·Direct contact with customers via email and phone and support our inside and outside sales teams

·Travel up to 5% annually, occasionally might be asked to go in the field with one of our outside sales team members to support that way.

·Mechanical Aptitudeand Machining Operations knowledge
