Our client has a great opportunity available for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary.

Insurance Defense or Personal Injury Litigation experience is a MUST.

Must have strong skills including proficiency in Word and be proficient in e-filing.

Must be able to work with 2 attorneys; able to multi-task, have great organization skills.

Duties include but are not limited to transcription, drafting pleadings and correspondence, time entry, calendaring, making travel arrangements for attorney(s).

This is a full time/direct hire/permanent opportunity with a Houston based law firm. The firm offers 1 remote/work from home day per week after 90 days of employment. Full benefits offered.
