Requirements:

• Seeking a Plant Quality Manager or Quality Engineer ready to step up to a Management role.
• Should have plastics and or polymer background in plastic extrusion, plastic compounding or related processes.
• ISO 9001 auditor experience is required
• Desired but not required:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Certified Quality Lead auditor
  • BS degree in Polymer / Plastics / Chemical or related

Duties:

• Reporting to the Plant Manager you will be responsible for Plant QA / QC activities and customer claim management. This will include identifying quality issues and utilizing root cause and corrective action processes to drive urgent resolution and ensure zero impact to our customers.
• Will be a mentor to junior level Quality Engineers
