Production Scheduler Coordinator I - 1st Shift - This is an entry level position that will help with the immediate day to day tasks which will allow the Sr. Production Planner to focus on future production planning projects. You will ensure that the production lines are on schedule and assess the impact that any issues will have on the upcoming production timetable. The Production Scheduler Coordinator I will see that all documents, materials, and people are ready so that the production lines run smoothly.

Overview of your Daily tasks include:

• Prepping next jobs on press
• Requisition materials
• Print Travelers and take documents to Material Handlers
• Follow up with materials/documents as necessary and track down people who can help.
• FPO slitting materials as needed.
• Update Project Schedule
• Talk with Product Managers daily about their current jobs or weekly on their upcoming jobs.
• This position is an on-site position based at St. Paul, MN facility.

• Strong interpersonal, collaborator and organizational skills
• Strong proficiency software skills including MS Project, Word, and Excel
• Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficient use of proper scheduling tools like MS Project, Excel, Word; Gantt charts, and ERP System.
• 5 years’ experience in a GMP/cGMP production setting, preferably pharmaceutical or medical device.
• Ideal candidate will have some experience in pharma/med device background.
