The Project Controller will work within the Project Management Team managing multiple subcontractors, contracts, project financial (certified pay), etc. These projects range from $20M - $70M in size, and are Civil Construction based projects. We are seeking a progressive type who is ok with a hybrid situation within the office, and someone with a strong background with project financials, contracts, subcontractor background coming from the Civil industry
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years experience in Civil Construction Industry
- 5 years in Project Controller based role
- Certified Pay experience
- Management of subcontractors
- NO relocation / local candidates only
- ok with hybrid role
- Must be US Cit / US Perm Resident
