Impact Solutions is Hiring a Senior Router and CNC Programmer Machinist for first shift Near Okauchee, WI

Senior Router and CNC Programmer Machinist working first shift
  • Two years of router programming experience or CNC programming experience and one year of experience in a lead role are required
  • Pay up to $35 hourly, depending on experience
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
  • No remote as this is a 100% onsite position
  • Full-time, permanent W-2 employee
  • Full benefits
  • No relocation
  • Located in the Okauchee, Wisconsin area
This full-time, permanent 1st shift Senior Router and CNC Programmer Machinist is at a fabricator that treats its employees very well. Because of this, employees do not leave. Several employees have worked with the company over 50 years. The environment is very clean and safety is a priority.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate could become a supervisor, if that is of interest. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following:
  • Utilizing AutoCAD
  • Reading and understanding engineering designs
  • Programming CNC machines
  • Programming routers
  • Leading and training the more junior employees
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
  • Two years of router programming experience or CNC programming experience
  • One year of experience in a lead role
  • Possess a solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
