Growing software Saas company is looking for a talented Controller to join the team! This opportunity reports to the CFO and oversees a team of 5. The office location is in Irvine and offers a flexible hybrid schedule. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can manage and mentor the accounting team!

JOB DUTIES

• Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany, transfer pricing allocations, and other balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Coordinate with international subsidiaries to prepare financial statement consolidation in accordance with US GAAP
• Manage local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Manage monthly financial reporting package for banking partners
• Manage stock-based compensation and equity roll-forwards
• Lead annual financial audits and manage financial statement footnote disclosures
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate college degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
• MBA and/or CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and GAAP
• Proven management and excellent leadership skills
