Schedule/Pay Rate:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $20 -$26/hr. (Depending strongly on experience)

Job Details:

As our medical collections specialist, you'll be the hero managing all aspects of patient balance collections for our clinics. Your duties will include:

• Sending out initial statements and friendly balance reminders
• Collaborating with our collection agency to wrap up accounts
• Keeping meticulous records of all communications and actions

Your Must Haves:

• Comfortable contacting patients about balances due
• Ability to review patient accounts and communicate findings effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills for successful debt collection
• Preparing collection letters and liaising directly with our Collection Agency
• Providing top-notch customer service with a positive attitude
