Schedule/Pay Rate:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $20 -$26/hr. (Depending strongly on experience)
As our medical collections specialist, you'll be the hero managing all aspects of patient balance collections for our clinics. Your duties will include:
- Sending out initial statements and friendly balance reminders
- Collaborating with our collection agency to wrap up accounts
- Keeping meticulous records of all communications and actions
- Comfortable contacting patients about balances due
- Ability to review patient accounts and communicate findings effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills for successful debt collection
- Preparing collection letters and liaising directly with our Collection Agency
- Providing top-notch customer service with a positive attitude
