ImpactLife is the exclusive provider of blood products and services to our partner hospitals in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin.

The blood center is based in Davenport, Iowa, where ImpactLife's testing, processing, and primary distribution center of blood components is located.

ImpactLife is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

The Programs and Communications Specialist is responsible for providing internal and customer support for the facilitation and execution of organizational programs and projects.

This is a fulltime position working Monday-Friday with the ability to Work from Home most days. Will be required to work in the office on occasion.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain blood donor loyalty fulfillment center
  • Assist blood donors with their loyalty account, promotions, and various donor programs
  • Assist in tracking expenses, auditing invoices, and evaluating program return on investment
  • Propose recommendations, ideas, and changes to improve process and program efficiency
  • Maintain working knowledge of donor criteria, calling guidelines, and call center and blood center software applications for recruitment of donors
  • Maintain accurate records for data analysis and reports

What you should bring to the table :

  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in donor recruitment, customer service, or call center setting is preferred.
  • Purchasing or order fulfillment experience
  • Minimum high school competencies or equivalent is preferred
  • Utilize multiple computer programs and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to develop and manipulate Excel spreadsheets and data, create PowerPoint presentations, and program proposals using Word
