Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide assistance to elderly residents in a caring and respectful manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living or long-term care settings and possess strong patient care skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld
- Help with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for seniors
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations in nursing homes
- Ability to administer medications following proper protocols
- Strong patient care skills including first aid knowledge
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.87 - $21.52 per hour
