Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals in activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with hospice care and medication administration
- Support individuals with autism and other special needs
- Lift and transfer individuals safely when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for those under your care
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing home or healthcare settings
- Knowledge of caregiving practices including ADLs, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
- Ability to work with diverse populations including individuals with autism and other special needs
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards others
- Physical ability to lift and assist individuals as required
