Overview:
We are seeking an Immediate Personal Support to provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication according to established systems and protocols
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Promote and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the care team
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications:
- Experience in providing care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
