Our team provides cleaning services for corporate and medical office facilities in the greater Dayton area. We are seeking positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals with attention to detail and excellent communication skills to join our team as a Senior Operations Manager.

The Senior Operations Manager, through personal ownership and accountability, will manage a team of supervisors and front-line cleaners with a total staff of roughly 25-40 hourly employees across approximately six (6) locations. This will require a precise focus on quality, systems compliance and client satisfaction. This position requires inspirational leadership and presents a wide array of challenges that will drive professional development and growth.

The Senior Operations Manager is supported directly by the Regional Director and will be provided with all necessary training and ongoing leadership to ensure success for the right candidate. This position allows for a significant growth given proven mid-term performance. Our Company strongly promotes internal development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or higher level of education
• Five years of supervisory and management experience including (hotel, restaurant, food service, security, etc.)
• Good written communication
• Excellent verbal communication
• Computer literacy
• Steady employment history
• Clear criminal background

Hours & Location

This position is primarily restricted to standard workdays. The successful applicant will typically work from 2-3pm to approximately 10-11pm at night, with some flexibility needed. The current managed area is Greater Dayton, including downtown Dayton, and ranging as far as Beavercreek, Miamisburg and Huber Heights.
