You will:

• Participate in the development of annual operating plan.
• Collaborate in the development and preparation of annual budget, KPI Goals, and evaluate weekly performance
• Partner with the General Manager and respond to customer or vendor inquiries regarding sale and/or distribution services.
• Direct and guide the team to drive efficiencies
• Participate in the development and implementation of service & productivity improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction & reduce operating expense.
• Hire, coach and manage the operations staff.
• Responsible for data integrity
• Participate in monthly sales meetings with Sales Manager
• Meet and build relationships with manufacturer representatives

You have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years experience within industry, managing office staff
• Strong leadership and communication skills
