We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team!

The Duties & Responsibilities:

• Skilled drywall repairs and painting
• Repairs of resident rooms and furnishings
• Light plumbing and electrical repairs
• HVAC Experience desired but not required
• Snow removal
• Learn and follow strict Infection control protocol

Requirements:

• Must be available for after hour emergencies, including weekends, as required
• Previous maintenance experience in a Long-Term Care Facility is preferred
• Maintains building appearance and accessibility for residents and staff

The Qualifications & Physical Demands:
