Trainers and managers are very hands on and invested in training through regular, timely, and productive feedback. We provide one-on-one instruction in technical areas such as blueprint reading, math (decimals/fractions), tolerances, computer software, and more.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-3 years in office setting - preferred

Associates degree – preferred

Highschool diploma or Equivalent- required

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize information and share with the quoting department for accurate pricing
  • Use technical knowledge, critical thinking, and attention to detail when entering quote and order information into a modern software system
  • Accounts receivable/payable utilizing QuickBooks software
  • Assist with payroll
  • Assist with purchasing
  • Assist with interviews and new hires.
  • Assist with writing and editing process manuals with support.
  • Manage employee paperwork such as training documents, hiring documents, benefits sign ups etc.
  • Shipping & invoicing as needed
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth interdepartmental processes.
  • Other Projects, Roles and Responsibilities as Assigned*

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care, negotiation, and influence
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, basic knowledge of Excel
  • Comfortable with learning new computer software and electronic records
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Highly motivated to achieve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
