Imperial Solar is constructing a solar components manufacturing facility in Tomball, TX and we need your language skills to help us with communication between visiting staff and our local employees.

If you speak fluent Mandarin, we need your help!

The primary responsibilities will be to accompany the manufacturing management team that is visiting from China and Cambodia and provide translation assistance to the local English-speaking employees while the manufacturing floor is being built out over the next few months.

At the conclusion of the build-out, this role will transition to a more traditional Administrative Assistant role, providing office support to the management team (mostly Chinese-speaking) and ensuring efficient operations of the office. Some of the duties may include:

• Making travel arrangements
• Coordinating meetings
• Preparing reports and presentations
• General office duties: data entry, filing, ordering supplies, etc
• Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
