Title : Retail Line Team Member
Report to : Warehouse Supervisor
Department : Distribution
FSLA Status : Hourly
Imperial is searching for a distribution team member for our retail line team. The main retail line duties are : packing finished goods according to customer's specification, standing / walking for long periods, counting accurately, repeating routine tasks multiple times, and organizing merchandise.
As a retail line team member, you will also be responsible for ensuring our customer's orders are picked and shipped to them within their specific timelines
Salary : $15.50 / hr, DOE
Location : (Hybrid / Remote) Bourbon, Mo.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently packing multiple orders simultaneously.
- Accurately pulling and packing orders.
- Reporting any discrepancies found.
- Matching correct labels to cartons.
- Using a scanner to replenish pick sites.
- Metering and palletizing cartons for shipping.
- Maintaining accuracy while working quickly.
Qualifications and Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong math skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Capability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
