As well as building and commissioning environmental rooms as an Owner's Representative, for multiple clients across a variety of industries.

This company is currently experiencing very high levels of demand, this is a high growth opportunity . Subsequently, they are looking for an experienced Director of Construction to come in to an established Construction team and help fulfil this vision.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction of multiple fast paced, technical and complex cold and clean rooms in the capacity of Owner's Representative, managing the on-site GC and in-house CM's.
- Drive work with stakeholders, design, and construction teams to create master development programs for their largest projects.
- Identifying, developing, growing, and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Write scopes of work for design, construction, commissioning services & participate in procurement and project cost estimates.
- Establish project schedules and manage teams to on-time completion.
- Acting as a natural leader to construction team helping to foster a healthy working environment, while growing and training their employees.
Profile
- Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical/Architectural Engineering, related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Ten or more years of experience with delivery of complex builds with heavy MEP components.
- Five or more years of experience with management of MEP trades.
- Five or more years of professional experience leading teams.
- Proven track record of successfully running multiple projects simultaneously.
