Job Overview:

The company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join its dynamic team in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services and materials.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain effective project management practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
