This company is currently experiencing very high levels of demand, this is a high growth opportunity. Subsequently, they are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to come in to an established team and help deliver on the construction of Switchgears.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of multiple fast paced, technical and complex projects, with a heavy focus on switchgear construction.
• Work closely with the design team to turn ideas into life.
• Identifying, developing, growing, and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish project schedules and manage teams to on-time completion.
• Acting as a natural leader to construction team helping to foster a healthy working environment, while growing and training their employees.

Profile

• Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical construction background in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Ten or more years of experience with delivery of complex builds with heavy Electrical components.
• Five or more years of experience with management of Switchgear construction.
• Five or more years of professional experience leading teams.
• Proven track record of successfully running multiple projects simultaneously.
