Position Overview: As a Floating Dental Assistant and Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding patient care across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting dentists during procedures, ensuring instruments and equipment are prepared and patients are comfortable.
• Performing dental radiographs, impressions, and other diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Providing patient education on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative care.
• Coordinating treatment plans and appointments, ensuring seamless communication between patients and dental team members.
• Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, financials, and maintaining patient records.

Qualifications

• Dental Administration: 2 year (REQUIRED)
• Dental Assisting Experience: 2 year (REQUIRED)
• Radiology License (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently.
