Implementation Technologies Consulting, Inc. is Hiring a Program Management Office Lead Near Oakland, CA

Duration: 25 months

Description:

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. The role is hybrid at least 2x a week onsite

TOP THINGS:

o Experience in setting up a project management center of excellence.

o Exceptional project management documentation and training capabilities

o Experience in delivering infrastructure and application programs and projects.

o Experience with SAFe and Waterfall methodologies.

o Strong collaborator and self-starter

**Solid Project Management experience, setting up a PMO, training and streamlining processes

Client laptop will be provided.

Qualifications:

Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

o PMP, PRINCE2, ACP, SAFe, or similar project management certification preferred.

Experience:

o Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in project management or a PMO role.

o Experience in leading PMOs and managing complex programs/projects using waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.

o Proven experience in standing up a PMO.

o Experience in developing and implementing project management standards and methodologies.

o Creating training materials and leading training sessions with large teams.

Skills:

o Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.

o Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.

o Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Planisware, PPM).

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
