Customer Service Representative / Warehouse
Are you interested in working for one of the nation's leading Wholesale Auto Glass replacement distributors? Family owned since 1984, we have 19 warehouses throughout CA, NV, MI, OH, AZ, and FL.
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) The ideal role for someone who loves interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide product / service information, answer questions, and resolve emerging problems that our customer account might face with accuracy and efficiency. This position will also assist with some Warehouse duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage large amount of incoming phone calls.
• Collects and enters a large number of product orders on company’s CRM.
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
• Ability to follow up to ensure problem resolution.
• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bilingual - Spanish and English
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to type and use 10-key calculator.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Ability to be cordial and respectful with co-workers and customers.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Work overtime as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with others in a group, cooperate with others, offer help when needed, and foster a team climate within the group where members are committed to a common goal.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of work experience in a warehouse preferred.
