Job Overview 

As an Account Coordinator you play a pivotal role in the success of our Accounts team. You will be responsible for providing essential support to the Account Team and ensure a seamless flow of the client sales journey. Your attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, coordinate a variety of different tasks while maintaining an organized approach contributes to the success in winning programs and boosts client satisfaction. This role reports to the General Manager. 

Job Responsibilities  

  • Communicates effectively with Program Managers, Account Managers to accurately detail program inquiries 
  • Execute with Expertise: Provides support through various office duties such as answering the phone, providing requests for proposals to suppliers/staff, managing calendars, keeping the team on track with detailed note taking, checklists 
  • Supports the Accounts team by ensuring proposal deadlines are met when sourcing suppliers
  • Inputs new accounts and program files in the company’s database 
  • Lead with Heart: Maintains an efficient and positive work environment while contributing to the overall success of the Imprint culture 
  • Retains knowledge of venues, restaurants, tours, etc. to provide accurate assessment of client need 
  • Keeps company’s internal tariffs and supplier knowledge organized and up to date 
  • Beyond the Expected: Designs proposals that accurately reflect client requests and goes beyond expectations 
  • Assists with data input for program costings, proposals
  • Create What’s Next: Brainstorms with account team including internal business services, assists with knowledge of suppliers, packages details to suppliers 
  • Make it Count: Inquisitive, comfortable asking questions to ensure proper details are understood from the team and are sent to suppliers, suppliers have detailed information when providing quotes
