Must travel to North Canton, Ohio for 2 days of training

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator fluent in English and Spanish to join our HR team. This role will provide crucial support in the recruitment process by handling scheduling, onboarding, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent office and phone skills and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

· Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient use of time

· Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, facilitating new hire paperwork, and coordinating with various departments

· Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing candidate databases, preparing reports, and handling correspondence

· Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and inclusive recruitment experience

· Perform office duties related to the recruitment process, such as organizing files, managing calendars, and maintaining a professional environment

Who we’re looking for:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

· Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiar with standard office equipment

· Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally

· Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask efficiently

· Prior experience in a similar administrative or coordination role is preferred but not required

· Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
