In this role, you’ll go door-to-door speaking with homeowners in our service areas about our high-quality home improvements, including replacement windows and bath and kitchen remodeling.

You bring an upbeat, positive attitude, a drive to excel, and a strong work ethic. We’ll provide complete paid training on how to be the best at your position, and provide continuous mentoring, coaching and support to help you reach your career and compensation goals.

Essential Job Functions : Serve as a community ambassador, the public face of Improveit, in the neighborhoods we serve. Connect with potential customers through door-to-door marketing and other field lead generation activities.

Promote Improveit replacement windows and bath and kitchen remodeling services to homeowners. Answer customers’ initial questions about our products and services.

Schedule appointments with prospective customers for our in-home sales designers. Follow company guidelines to collect information from prospects to achieve lead generation and marketing goals.

Use digital tech tools to capture customer info and share it with our corporate office Meet daily and weekly quotas for community engagement and lead generation Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Attend regular team meetings and training sessions. Position Qualifications : Self-motivated with a strong desire to make money and reach your compensation goals.

Ability to work weekdays and some evenings and weekends Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Focus on punctuality, preparedness and results. Tech-savvy, able to operate mobile phones, tablets / iPads, and other mobile devices.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in marketing or sales, not required, but considered a plus. Physical Requirements : This is a physical role, and you must be able to : Walk and stand for extended periods of time.

Navigate curbs, stairs, and uneven terrain. Carry and transport marketing materials and equipment, such as iPads and marketing materials.
