Responsibilities

• Handle various landscape materials such as plants, soil, mulch, gravel pavers, etc. as they pertain to each job
• Manage a crew of Technicians, including but not limited to providing direction, training, and coaching
• Maintain and operate various equipment including, riding, walk behind, and push mowers, backpack blowers, string trimmers, power edgers, power sheers, etc.
• Interact with customers and supervisor
• Keep accurate records of material and labor hours

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of landscape industry experience is required
• A minimum of 1 years of leadership experience is preferred
• Valid state drivers license
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks
• Knowledge of all phases of landscaping projects
• Ability to lead, develop, and mentor crew members
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail in all responsibilities and duties
