Responsibilities include:

Client Reporting

• Works closely with Client Finance Associate Director to prepare client forecasts
• Submits client forecasts in PA in accordance with IMS month-end deadline
• Prepare mid-month revenue estimates, monitor and communicate material revenue changes.
• Prepare and analyze spend, inventory and sales reports
• Assist with preparation of freight reconciliations for billing & freight analysis reporting at transaction level.
• Works to resolve client reporting related questions and requests
• Partners with billing, production and client teams to ensure client report accuracy
• General Accounting
• Prepare Journal Entries and month-end close deliverables: Margin, Expense and Forecast Analyses
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations for accuracy, verifying audit substantiation and ensuring reconciling items clear in a timely manner.
• Assist with audit documentation within deadlines for Sarbanes-Oxley Testing & other audit requests.

Other

• Develop and maintain positive partnerships with business leads and cross functional teams.
• Maintain good communication with clients and respond to client requests.
• Update and Maintain Processes and Procedures
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all IMS accounting processes.
• Special projects as necessary

Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work through large volumes of data
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation to work independently
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Strong technical/analytical skillset, including: Microsoft Excel (ex. vlookups, pivot tables, nested-ifs, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
