M-F 8 - 5. The contractor would be required to work 1 Saturday a month and should be available to work additional
Job Description
• Will provide clerical accounting support to the Accounting Department.
• Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable Invoice Research and Processing
• Inventory Adjustments
• Monthly Labor Audit
• Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts
• Assist with the month-end close process
• Other Administrative Duties as requested
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, Proficient in Microsoft Office software; 1 Years experience in business/clerical or accounting field; Ability to maintain confidential data
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or related field 3-5 Years experience in business or accounting environment, including Accounts Payable
