Position Summary
The Student FinancialAid Office in the Division of EnrollmentManagement is seeking up to four (4) students for positions within the Student Employment Office. Students willassist HR Techs with processing student hiring paperwork.
Preferred: Businessmajors with a Human Resource concentration

• Scan and verify documents. Deliver paperwork to payroll.
• Assist with maintaining job postings in UNMJobs.
• Assist Student Employment Manager with Financial Aid/Finance/HR reports from Banner and ePrint.
• Assist with updating and maintaining the Student Employment website.
• Assist staff with orientations, Welcome Back Days, Student Employment Week and other events. Work on special projects which may include developing flyers and PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist HR Techs and Job Developer with UNMJobs Department Originator Training and Labs.
• Assist students and departments with navigating through the student hiring process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preference given toapplicants with a work study award and pursuing an HR-related major.

*Business administration or HR majors are strongly encouragedtoapply.
*Must be able to commit to working a minimum of 20 hrs/wk(maximum of 28 hrs/wk). Office hours are 8am-5pm (M-F).
*Must be detailoriented.
*Must be willing to complete extensive training inConfidentiality, Banner, UNMJobs, I-9 completion, Sexual Harassment and SafetyTraining immediately afterhire.
*Must have the ability to create professional workingrelationships with management, staff, and co-workers.
