Qualifications
• Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
• Must be able to multitask and work in a high paced environment
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical industry a plus, not required
Job Description
• Enter inspection and repair information into our CMMS software
• Schedule site visits for the technicians with the building owner or representative
• Review and ensure document received from service technicians are accurate
• Create and maintain technician inspection schedule to ensure we complete our required daily project completions • One of the most important requirements to be successful in this role is to limit absences and being tardy for your work shift • This is a full time in the office position
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
