In Charge Electrical Services is Hiring a Low Voltage Tech Near Round Rock, TX

Low Voltage Tech

Department: Technicians

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Austin

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 / hour

Description

  • Install/Terminate/Test and Label Cat6,Coax and AV cables in a residential setting.
  • Experience with hanging TV’s, Surround Sound Systems and installation of Low Voltage Systems desired but not required.
  • Experience with Pre-Wiring Residential Low Voltage systems, AV systems and ability to read plans required.
  • Ability to learn and assist with the installation of residential alarm system wiring and components desired but NOT required.
  • Work in changing climates including, but not limited to, high temperatures
  • Ability to run Low Voltage wires in attic spaces from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Residential Low Voltage construction knowledge is desired, but not required-Training provided.
  • Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to get along with others, Team Player, Positive Attitude and Reliable.
  • Must willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
