Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Property Manager located in Bethesda, MD at 7500 Old Georgetown Road. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day property management tasks which include coordinating maintenance and repairs, assisting with lease administration, handling tenant inquiries and concerns, and conducting property inspections. This is an on-site position, requiring the candidate to be present at the Bethesda, MD location.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management or real estate industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of lease administration and property maintenance
