Job Title: Project Administrator

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11205

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 Per Year PLUS BENEFITS

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful completion of various jobs/projects for our clients. This role involves working closely with the sales team and COO to ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and are priced appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and managing financial resources.
  • Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
  • Conduct cost analysis for projects, products, or services, including gathering data on materials, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Assist in cost estimation and pricing strategies to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
  • Monitor project costs throughout the project lifecycle and address any variances or discrepancies.
  • Review contract and bid documents; review and understand the scope for project turnover.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of project updates, milestones, and financial status.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status updates to stakeholders, including budget and pricing information.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, and project costs align with budgets.
  • Assist in conducting project audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Salesforce system experience required.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, financial analysis, budgeting, and pricing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
