QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE : High School diploma or equivalent required, 2-year associates degree in telecommunications or equivalent field preferred.

Nokia router products exp : 7705,7250,7210,7750.7450

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience installing and maintaining fiber optics and / or telecommunications equipment in the telecom industry required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing personnel resources preferred
• Experience with OSI Layer 1, Nokia IP networks, and / or 4G / 5G wireless network topology required
• Experience with OSI Layer 2 and MPLS architecture preferred
• Experience with Nokia Netact and Nokia NSP element management platforms preferred
• Experience with GPON networks and Adtran TA5000 / 5004 preferred
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally on technical projects and complex problems
• Strong oral and written communication skills required and must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
