Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, skilled in social media strategy, and adept at creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our community, and driving our marketing efforts through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website and other online resources.
• Content Creation and Management: Produce high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, articles, and posts for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community by encouraging meaningful conversations and interactions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Use insights to optimize content and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals, campaigns, and initiatives. Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute to the development of marketing materials.
• Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies and technologies to keep our social media presence innovative and competitive.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with InAmerica Education’s brand voice, messaging, and values. Maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Event Promotion: Promote InAmerica Education’s events, workshops, and programs through social media channels. Create event-specific content and engage with attendees before, during, and after events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and original content.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for education and helping students succeed.
