We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our regional HR team based out of New Jersey. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional operational support, promoting a positive employee experience, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Your contributions will contribute to a thriving and inclusive workplace environment.

The role will report to Senior HR Manager

Key job Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional HR leaders to provide outstanding operational support to colleagues, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
• Proactively address employee queries, providing timely resolutions and guidance to enhance their experience.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, organizing employee connect forums, recognition and rewards events, office activities, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
• Assist in coordinating and executing core HR programs, such as new hire orientation and various learning and training initiatives.
• Generate and analyze HR reports, leveraging insights to support data-driven decision- making.
• Collaborate on other HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR function.

Requirements for incumbent to be successful in the role:

• Knowledge of HR information systems and programs.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office.
• Proven quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for the detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Optimistic, resilient, and flexible. Ability to go beyond when needed.
• Strong ownership evident through responsibility and accountability for end results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills.

Experience and Education:

• University degree (preferably in HR)
• 0-2 years of general HR experience, preferably in global organizations
