Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Techno Functional Specialist with a strong background in treasury payment products within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client-facing roles, exceptional client management skills, and a deep understanding of payment platforms, including ACH, Check, Zelle, and Cards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with bank product managers to pitch and present payment services to clients.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the payment platforms deployed within the bank.
• Participate in client sales meetings to explain payment service products and features.
• Facilitate client onboarding activities by coordinating with various teams within the bank.
• Address client queries related to the payments platform and ensure timely resolution.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and effective issue resolution.
• Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
• Prepare and deliver presentations using tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Support project management and stakeholder coordination activities related to client onboarding and payment services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, particularly within the banking sector.
• Prior experience facilitating client onboarding for treasury payment products in banks.
• Strong understanding of account payable payment products.
• Hands-on experience with payment rails such as ACH, Check, Zelle, and Cards.
• Exceptional client management and communication skills.
• Experience managing client queries and providing effective solutions.
• Proficiency in creating presentations and working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience in project management, stakeholder management, and client coordination.
